1. Orders & Quotes

All orders begin with a WhatsApp consultation. Quotes are valid for 7 days and are based on the design reference, fabric type, and measurements provided. Final pricing is confirmed before work begins.

2. Deposits

A deposit may be required before cutting begins. The deposit amount and balance terms will be communicated during your consultation.

Owner Confirmation Needed Deposit percentages, accepted payment methods, and refund policy on cancellations must be confirmed by the owner before launch.

3. Design References

We can replicate styles from reference images within the limits of fabric behaviour and construction feasibility. Exact duplication of branded or copyrighted designs may not be possible.

4. Measurements & Fit

Accuracy depends on the measurements provided. We recommend an in-person fitting in Faisalabad. For self-measurements, follow our guide carefully. One complimentary alteration is offered within 7 days of pickup if the garment does not match agreed specifications.

5. Delivery & Pickup

Orders can be collected from our Faisalabad location or arranged for local delivery. Delivery fees, if any, will be quoted separately.

Owner Confirmation Needed Exact pickup address, delivery coverage, associated fees, and turnaround times must be finalised before launch.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation policies and refund eligibility depend on order progress at the time of cancellation. Contact us via WhatsApp to discuss.
